  • See, the main problem is that teens really aren't cutting back on the actual costs of prom. The problem isn't that parents are paying for their kid's prom costs, the problem is that the costs haven't been adjusted much for the recession. For our school's prom, we had to pay $100 just to get in.

  • I would have to disagree with you Sue. It's always natural for one generation to criticize the next. I'm sure your parents thought the same about your generation, and their parents thought the same about their generation and so on.

  • The only two reasons to upgrade are: You don't have any GBA games (Not likely) or: You have a younger kid who likes to play with things like pictures and sounds. Overall, the system is way too similar to the DS Lite to upgrade for $170.

  • Trust me, if it's a big name title like Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, or Halo, plenty of people would be more than willing to pay $60, just so that they could get it right away.

  • Good! Someone who actually has a sense of exactly how much $60 really is. It's true, $60 for the quality of the games that have been coming out REALLY isn't that much. I'm not just talking about gameplay, storyline, or multiplayer.

  • Pause isnt' as important as save. To pause, you could just save. You can't save by pausing.

  • The wii does need more games that appeal to the traditional 'gamer', like me. They've tried doing this with several titles, including Call of Duty 5, but they just aren't the same. I'll admit, I love the controls, and the single player was good, but everyone knows it's the multiplayer that counts.
